Yergachefe
Yirgachefe coffee is grown between 1,700- 2200 masl in
region where the highest quality Arabica coffee is grown.
Because of its singularity and intensity, sweet flavor,
and scent, this coffee bean with a mostly berry character
has a rich, smooth, and clean flavor.
Guji
The Gujji zone coffee is grown between 1500- 2100 masl.
It’s noted for having a delightfully tart acidity and its
taste spans from sweet lemon candy and fl oral tea to heavy
green melon and rose tastes, with a bright and winey yet balanced feel.
Limu
Limu coffee is grown between 1500-1900 masl and its roundish
and green colored beans have an intense, sweet, taste with a
vibrant low citric acidity.
Our Product
zelmy(Ahmed Yimer) organic coffee Pvt. Ltd. was founded two decades ago, by the family of dry coffee suppliers whose profession was to supply and trade in Arabica Coffee for many years.
We have been supplying our washed and sun dried Arabica coffee to the local marker estimation of 210tons and 340tons of green coffee for the past 28 years.
Zelmy(Ahmed Yimer) coffee Beans are sourced from the farmers of the highlands of South Western Ethiopia BENCH MAJI ZONE AMAN/ DEBREWORK, which is traceable with the natural slow growing process, best suited for the world class quality.
As of 2019 the company has been granted the license for supply and export organic coffee worldwide. We have prepared to supply and export coffee directly working with the farmers to supply a world class quality coffee.
